By placing an order you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Things I do and don't work with:

PAYMENT METHOD
All payments are accepted via: either LavaTop (accepts cards and PayPal)
or Hipolink / Boosty / EasyStart (cards only)PayPal is not available at all in my country and card to card transactions are also not an option due to SWIFT not working. If you do not feel comfortable using payment methods from above I will not be able to provide another options and won't accept a commission order.PREPAYMENT
ICON: 100% prepayment (non-refundable)
MINIMALISTIC FULLBODY and ILLUSTRATION: 50% prepayment (non-refundable) after you accept on the sketch, rest 50% after work is finished.Tax and Transaction Fees are included into commission price.

Pipeline and deadlines
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
All additional charges depend on the type of commission and overall complexity.
Additional charges can be the following:
- complex outfits;
- additional character/s;
- background;
- character design;
- additional versions of art.
- Any additional character is +100% of the starting price.
- Outfit and other complexities, except for background, are calculated per each character.CHARACTER DESIGN:
Not providing a clear reference counts as Character Design. This kind of work will have higher pricing which is calculated individually.
Clear references: in-game screenshots, another art of your character etc. Something clear and visual!
Unclear references: collage of photos of different people/characters who "have your OC vibe", only text description.
I will not copy a design of another character/outfit from art (unless it is an art of your character ofc! or you are ordering a fanart or an outfit existing in the game).PIPELINE
Draft
- I start drafting either after receiving payment or after I confirm I started the work. For bigger commissions I usually make several poses/angles to choose from.
- I will send the draft to you for revision, make edits and continue to sketch.
Sketch
- On sketch stage major changes can be still made: adjustments to the pose (but not complete redraw), outfit and background.
- I send you the sketch for revision, make necessary edits and proceed to lineart.
Lineart and flats
- Clean lineart and flat colors. I can change colors and do some minor adjustments to lineart.
- After confirmation and edits I continue to rendering.
Rendering
- I render materials, add light hading and all the different special effects. Only adjustments to color, lighting and special effects are acceptable.
- After approval, I will make edits, finalize the work, send you a low res watermarked image for final revision and will send you a full res file after receiving payment.APPROXIMATE DEADLINES
Deadline depends on the queue and your position in it, as well as complexity of the commission.
Maximum deadline for commission is 6 months (excluding emergency situation).In case of personal (non-commercial) commission I do not accept orders with strict deadlines or any rushed orders, even for additional payment.After the commission is completed I provide a link to Google Drive to download a full resolution work (with signature but without watermark)
Other
PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
I reserve all rights to publish any WIPs and finished work unless it's been discussed otherwise prior to order.I highly prefer to not take private commissions and therefore can decline such request.
Ordering a private commission applies additional charges (+20% of the price).
A private commission means that I will not share WIPs publicly, and the final work will not be uploaded to any of my portfolios.WORKING HOURS
My working hours are:
MON-FRI 11:00 - 22:00 (11am - 10pm).
My Time Zone:
GMT+3 | EST+8 | PST+11I don't work and don't check any work-related messages outside of business hours, on weekends, holidays and during vacation.
Usage
Any commercial use of personal commissions is strictly prohibited.Once you received a high-res work it is yours to use (for non-commercial purposes), s/a posting online, printing for personal use in any format etc.It is prohibited to:
- use the work in AI training;
- sell as NFT of any kind or add to NFT galleries: whole work, links to the work, screenshots of the works, tweets with the works, animate and re-sell as NFT etc.;
- edit the final work in any way (with the exception of cropping it for an avatar or banner);
- overpaint it;
- claim it as your own;
- resell or redistribute it in digital format as a single piece, as a bundle, as a physical print and in any other way to gain profit
- cut, erase, or overpaint the signature (unless cropping for your avatar or banner);
